Glimpse of Turkey

Validity of the package cost: 01 December 2021 – 01 April 2022

Cost Exclusions:

• Goods and services tax (GST)@5% will be applicable on invoice value.
• Tax collected at Source (TCS)@5% will be applicable on package price and will be claimable in ITR.
• International return Air tickets
• Transfers for hot air ballooning and additional charges for hot air balloon ride 230 USD
• Visa charges
• Any expense of personal nature not mentioned in the inclusions.
• Any transportation service other than specified in the itinerary
• Tips & gratuities to drivers and guides, porters, meals etc.
• Any meals not mentioned in the inclusions.

Important Note:

• Above quotes based on the normal ticket prices, the rate will be subject to change if we receive any revise rate at later stage.
• All services quoted based on sharing if by that time sharing would not be operational then need to upgrade on a private basis at an additional cost.
• Turkey has declared that fully vaccinated travellers from India will no longer be subjected to a mandatory 14-day quarantine rule, with effect from September 4, the Turkish Embassy in New Delhi informed on Saturday. The announcement will ease the travel restrictions for fully vaccinated passengers of 12 years of age and older, travelling from India or those who stayed in India in the last 14 days.
• Indian travellers who are vaccinated with Covishield will also be allowed to travel to Turkey
• For the same, a traveller must have taken the second dose (if Johnson & Johnson one dose is sufficient) at least 14 days prior to the date of travel.
• The fully vaccinated travellers are also required to submit their negative PCR test report taken 72 hours before departure in order to be exempt from the quarantine. Non-vaccinated travellers are required to undergo mandatory quarantine for 10 days in a hotel or a location mentioned in the declaration which includes children below 12 years of age .
• Most of the airlines ask for a PCR test report while departing from Turkey, kindly crosscheck with your booked airlines for hassle-free travel.
• All passengers travelling to India should carry negative RT PCR certificate conducted within 48 hours of flight timing.
• It is mandatory for all international passengers to upload negative RT PCR certificate while filling the Self-Declaration form in the online Air Suvidha portal (https://www.newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha/apho-registration) prior to scheduled departure.
• All passengers must also carry printouts of Self-Declaration/PCR updation done on Air Suvidha while check-in.

General Note:                                     

• Check-in time is 15.00 hours and Check-out time is 12.00 noon
• Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel.
• Twin beds are subject to availability.
• Rooms and rates will be subject to availability at the time of booking.

Payment Terms:

• 25% advance deposit upon booking + 100% visa charges.
• 50% payment 21 days before arrival
• 25% balance payment 7 days before arrival

Cancellation Clause:

• 21 days prior to arrival: 25% advance deposit on booking + 100% visa charges,
• Between 20 – 7 days of arrival: 40% of the package cost + 100% visa charges,
• Between 7 – 3 days of arrival: 70% of the package cost + 100% visa charges,
• Between 48 hours or less of arrival: 100% of the package cost + 100% visa charges.

Mode of Payment:

• NEFT / IMPS / RTGS
• Credit card (3% bank charges applicable)

Visa types, process & requirements:

• Indians who possess valid visa or residence permit of UK / USA / Schengen Country / Ireland are eligible for an e-Visa.
• E-visa is an official document permitting entry into and travel within Turkey.
• The e-Visa is an alternative to visas issued at Turkish missions and at the ports of entry.
• Applicants obtain their visas electronically after entering required information and making payments by a credit or debit card. Your e-Visa will be emailed to you when your visa application has been completed successfully.
• Passport control officers at ports of entry can verify your e-Visa on their system. However, you are advised to keep your e-Visa with you either as a soft copy (tablet PC, smart phone, etc.) or as a hard copy in case of any failure on their system.
• As in the case of other visas, respective Turkish officials at the ports of entry reserves the right to deny entry into Turkey to a holder of an e-Visa without any explanation.
• If you do not possess valid visa or residence permit of UK / USA / Schengen Country / Ireland, then you will need to apply for a Turkey visa through Turkey embassy.
• Visa processing may take anywhere between 3 – 5 working days to get approved.

Documents required for E-Visa:

• Scanned copy of the first and last page of your Passport;
• Two (2) recent colour photographs (2.5 x 2.5 inch), 80% face coverage, taken against a white background
• Confirmed return flight ticket;
• Hotel reservation;
• Valid Visa or Residence permit of UK / USA / Schengen Country / Ireland.

Documents required for Turkey Visa (Sticker visa):

• Passport;
• Visa applicable form (dully filled in)
• Two (2) recent colour photographs (2.5 x 2.5 inch), 80% face coverage, taken against a white background
• Confirmed return flight ticket;
• Hotel reservation;
• Income tax returns (last 3 years)
• 6 months of bank statement
• Cover letter with the purpose of travel
