Dubai Expo and Abu Dhabi special

Arrival at the Dubai International Airport, you will meet and greet by Vesna representative and transferred to hotel in city (approx. 15-20 mins driving time.) 

Evening: Day at leisure.

Burj Khalifa, an 830m-tall tower, dominates the skyscraper-filled skyline. At its foot lies Dubai Fountain, with jets and lights choreographed to music. On artificial islands just offshore is Atlantis, The Palm, a resort with water and marine animal parks.

After breakfast, proceed for Dubai city tour (approx. 04 hours).

Our car will pick you from hotel and take you to Dubai city tour with guide. You will explore Dubai Creek Dubai Museum (Optional), Jumeirah Mosque’ Jumeirah Beach (photo stop), Burj Al Arab (photo stop), Palm Island (photo stop), Atlantis The Palm (photo stop), Sheikh Zayed Road and later we will drop you off at your Hotel.

Pick up from hotel in afternoon by 4×4 SUV & drive to deserts for dune bashing, As soon as the dune bashing ends there are a lot of optional amusement activities await for you. Later in evening you will be transferred to camp for barbeque dinner with cultural activities.

After breakfast visit the Burj Khalifa – the tallest tower in the world.

unwind and enjoy the Dubai’s mesmerizing skyline, landscape and colour at its best. On the ground floor

of this majestic steel-based structure is in Dubai mall. As you enter the fastest, 65 meters elevator that whip

you 124 levels above the ground, you will be at the paramount of ecstasy. The Observatory Deck here will feast

your eyes with unparalleled views of the 360-degree view of the city, along with desert and ocean.

Enjoy rest of the time at Dubai Mall, later you will be dropped at the hotel.

Later in the evening experience world class dining on Dhow cruise. Our vehicle will pick you from hotel and you will be transferred to Dhow cruise boarding zone of Dhow cruise creek to enjoy an out-of-the-world experience while appreciating the spectacular night views of the city from the pristine waters.

After breakfast proceed to visit Abu Dhabi.

Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, sits off the mainland on an island in the Persian (Arabian) Gulf. Its focus on oil exports and commerce is reflected by the skyline’s modern towers and shopping mega-centres such as Abu Dhabi and Marina malls. Beneath white-marble domes, the vast Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque features an immense Persian carpet, crystal chandeliers and capacity for 41,000 worshipers

Later in evening you will be dropped off at your hotel.

• Every Guest availing a hotel, has to pay Tourism Dirham that is USD 03/- per room per night for all 3 star hotels, USD 05/- per room per night for all 4 star hotels and USD 06/- per room per night for all 5 star Hotels and for hotel apartments from USD 03 – 10 per bedroom depending on the category of the apartment. This has to be paid at the time of check-out. The same is not included in your hotel accommodation cost.

Important Note:

• Above quotes based on the normal ticket prices, the rate will be subject to change if we receive any revise rate at later stage.
• All services quoted based on sharing if by that time sharing would not be operational then need to upgrade on a private basis at an additional cost.
• Two PCR tests are mandatory. First PCR Test before departure with a validity of 76 hours from ICMR approved lab only and the same needs to be submitted on arrival at Dubai Airport as original copy. The second PCR test will be done on arrival in Dubai.
• As per the current rule, the Guest must be Isolated in hotel room for 24 hours until they receive E-report on their provided contact number at Dubai Immigration.
• Please be informed that in case guest is found COVID -19 positive additional AED 300-400 will be charged for disinfection.
• Most of the airlines ask for a PCR test report while departing from Dubai, kindly crosscheck with your booked airlines for hassle-free travel.
• All passengers travelling to India should carry negative RT PCR certificate conducted within 48 hours of flight timing.
• It is mandatory for all international passengers to upload negative RT PCR certificate while filling the Self-Declaration form in the online Air Suvida portal (https://www.newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha/apho-registration) prior to scheduled departure.
• All passengers must also carry printouts of Self-Declaration/PCR updation done on Air Suvidha while check-in.

General Note:

• There will be a supplement cost for Tourism Dirham to be paid by the client other than the package cost mentioned above, the fee will vary according to the type of hotel establishment. Client can pay this amount through their travel partner / with hotel directly while checking out from the hotel.
• Check-in time is 15.00 hours and Check-out time is 12.00 noon
• Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel.

Payment Terms:

• 25% advance deposit upon booking + 100% visa charges.
• 50% payment 21 days before arrival
• 25% balance payment 7 days before arrival

Cancellation Clause:

• 21 days prior to arrival: 25% advance deposit on booking + 100% visa charges,
• Between 20 – 7 days of arrival: 40% of the package cost + 100% visa charges,
• Between 7 – 3 days of arrival: 70% of the package cost + 100% visa charges,
• Between 48 hours or less of arrival: 100% of the package cost + 100% visa charges.
