Your contract in respect of your holiday is made with Vesna Tours Private Limited (‘the Company‘), registered in India and all bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.
All communications by the Company in relation to your booking will be shared via Company e-mail.
All bookings must be made through an authorised representative of the Company through his/her company email address only.
At the time of booking confirmation, a service voucher covering a break-up of all confirmed services and a copy of the invoice will be shared by our representative via Company e-mail.
Booking confirmation will be shared only at the receipt of written acceptance by the client with a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking.
Once the payment is cleared, a receipt of the deposit will be provided over email by the authorised representative of the Company.
Your invoice must be paid in full at least 15 days before the departure date (except for peak season or long weekends/holidays). If payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
If you book within 15 days of your departure date payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Company doesn’t encourage cash transactions. All payments must be made using following preferred modes of payment:
NEFT/RTGS/IMPS – Use this option to deposit payment in Company’s bank account. Bank details will be provided upon confirmation of the booking.
Credit/Debit Card – You may also choose this option for a payment via Company’s online payment portal. A gateway link with login credentials will be shared through email by Company’s authorised representative. However a 2.5% bank fee shall be applicable on all payments collected using online payment portal.
The Company reserves the right to notify you of any increase in price before accepting your booking.
If you wish to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing via email only. Cancellation and retention charges will apply as per cancellation policy.
